A VOICE FOR THE PEOPLE THAT LISTENS FIRST

A Local Family Man, Business Leader, and Community Advocate Committed to Making a Bigger Impact.

Through my years of experience while leading various organizations, I have learned a valuable lesson: Listen first, think, then speak. We need more leaders that are willing to listen to all sides before making statements.

Growing up, my grandmother always told me that God gave me two ears and one mouth for a reason. I guess I’ve always lived up to that by making sure I listen first before opening my mouth to speak.

I believe that schools and communities go hand in hand. It takes all kinds of people working in all kinds of ways to come together and raise a generation together. I want to listen to the folks in the community, the folks in the schools, and the folks making decisions to help guide the District in the right direction. These experiences have equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to address the complex issues our school district faces while remaining approachable and committed to serving our community.
